Polystichum proliferum/Mother Shield Fern

Aneasy to grow fern with attractive, green fronds. New fronds are covered with eye catching brownish scales.

Readily grown in the garden or in pots.

Soil should be kept moist and plants should be feed twice yearly with osmocote, dynamic lifter or a liquid fertiliser.
